ATTS.LHA
Scott Lundholm Imagine attributes
This .lha file contains many Imagine attribute settings. They were provided to me by Soren Wind, a member of the Imagine Mailing List, for UL'ing to wuarchive.wustl.edu. They are for the Amiga Version of Imagine (I believe). By Scott Lundholm.
ESSTOIM29.LHA
Essence and Essence II textures
As you may have heard by now, it is possible to modify your Essence and Essence II textures to work with Imagine 2.9. Well, I've known this for a while, but didn't feel free to publicize it. Since the cat's out of the bag, I've decided to distribute my patch program. The actual change is a version number change. You need to make a copy of the tree, as above, because Imagine 2.0 and Imagine 2.9 check for individual version numbers. esstoim29 also renames your textures with .itx extensions, because otherwise the Imagine file requestor would ignore them. You don't need to add the .itx extension to the texture instances in your old objects.

Steve Langguth pictures
This archive contains pictures of all of the regular textures that come with Imagine 3.0. (Pictures of the light and fog textures, as well as the animated textures, are not included.) You may upload these pics to other online services as long as the archive is kept intact.
ISL2_0.LHA
ISL v2.0
ISL, the Imagine Staging Language, is a language created to make the generation and manipulation of Imagine 2.0 staging files a whole lot easier. If you have ever used the Action editor in earnest, you know that certain types of operations are easy (such as adding a single light) while others are not (such as adding more frames and causing your existing objects to appear in them). ISL provides an alternative interface to the Action editor. With ISL, you can create your stage using the Stage and Action editors as needed, then convert it to a fairly straightforward ASCII format, edit it as desired using your favorite text editor, then put it back! This is of course the simplest way of using ISL - you could also create stages programatically. I have done this myself.

Nik Vukovljak AGA Image
This image is a composition of almost all of the textures that are included in the 8 disk Tiles Textures Set available for sale from the AGA Sig (Amiga Graphic Artists SIG) from Sydney, Australia. All of the brushmaps are 24bit and as you can see most are ready to be applied as repeating brushes. If you would like to obtain these textures (either a 4 disk set or 8 disk set) please contact me via E-mail on : nvukovlj@extro.ucc.su.oz.au Nik Vukovljak (AGA Sig President)
WADINGPOOLANIM.LHA
Wading Pool Animation
An Imagine² + Essence² Render. This animation was designed for two reasons: 1. To test the [Raindrops] texture in Essence² so I could see what it looked like animated. 2. To verify that the texture would determine the displacement of the surface BEFORE the refraction was calculated (thus distorting the objects underneath properly). Steve Worley designs his textures well, and I was sure this would be the case. I was not disappointed. I wanted the rain to be falling on something more interesting than a flat plane, so I modelled a bean-shaped swimming pool (which is still under modifications so it's not included yet), filled it full of water, and invited a frog to be part of the photo-shoot. To demonstrate the refraction effects of the water droplets, I painted a piece of blue canvas with some appropriate credits and layed it on the bottom of the pool.
